Lackey Body Works was originally founded & built in 1968 by Paul & Vi Lackey in Aurora, MO.  And then in 1989, our current owners, Joe & Lois Beaver, purchased the business from the Lackey's in and are proudly celebrating 30 years in of service as of January of 2019!

When the Beaver family purchased Lackey Body Works it was only Joe and one other employee and one building. Fast forward to 2019, we are 12 employees strong and continue to grow every year.

Over the last thirty years we have added more square footage: they've added the latest in high quality equipment in order to accommodate the increased number of vehicle repairs, new auto technology, and demand for our exceptional workmanship and service. 

 

Lackey Body Works has recently achieved Gold Class Status with I-CAR, the leading trainer of the collision repair industry, and is a title that less than 10% of collision repair shops in the U.S. hold.
